I lead creative teams. I've worked in-house and at leading agencies, written big campaigns and TV commercials, designed global websites and built brands from scratch.
Right now, I lead the global in-house creative team at Rothschild & Co, thirteen of us across design, video, motion and photography, working with every part of the firm.
Before that, I was Creative Director at one of the UK's fastest-growing holiday companies, leading a small, lean team under real sales pressure. We built the brand and sold holidays at the same time, and we lived in the data.
Before that, I spent just over a year running my own design consultancy, helping ambitious early-stage founders develop their brands and go-to-market strategy.
And before that, years at leading agencies including WCRS and Huge, writing TV commercials and big campaigns for household brands and designing global websites.
