The challenge.
In Europe, the adoption of smart home technologies lags behind other regions. E.ON, a forward-thinking energy company, sought to highlight the benefits of these products and drive sales through a targeted European campaign.
The idea.
To showcase the benefits of smart home products, a captivating journey through time was created, positioning E.ON at the forefront of home evolution. This delightful piece of cinematography features non-stop action in a seamless take, beginning in the 1880s, dancing through the 1920s, witnessing the moon landing in the 1960s, and culminating in a smart home of 2018. The film was directed by the talented, award-winning Hanna Maria Heidrich.
