The challenge.

 

Come up with an idea which spreads festive joy to Santander customers using one of their brand ambassadors.

Push The Jenson Button directed by Marcus Liversedge

The solution.

 

A hidden camera film featuring Santander’s brand ambassador, Jenson Button, was created to surprise unsuspecting customers. A fake ATM cash machine was installed in one lucky branch, prompting customers to "Push The Jenson Button."

When they did, Jenson unexpectedly popped out of the screen, delighting them with a Christmas hamper and £100. This entertaining stunt quickly became Santander's most viewed video.
